I plan on asylhm your schedule to help me achieve the look I am after. So, the simplest way to integrate Insanity into your running would be to use the Insanity-Half marathon training schedule; but for every run on the plan, divide the distance by three and use that as your training runs.
Even if you have done many of the Beachbody and Shaun T programs, many of the moves in Asylum will be new to you. Finally finished putting calehdar a hybrid schedule that includes P90X, Insanity, Asylum, and running.
Anyone who has completed P90X, Insanity, and Asylum should have no problems with this. Aslyum Plyo includes plenty of plyometrics, just as expected after reading the title.
